From budgeting and communication to self-care and job readiness, we deliver personalized life skills training tailored to your individual needs. Participants enjoy capacity-building activities in a supportive and motivating environment.

Please bring your Companion Card, water, lunch and snacks for all activities. Lunch is included for the following activities: Movies and Craft at the Brooklyn HUB, Movie and Macca’s, Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery, Grand Final Parade, AFL Grand Final BBQ at GJ Hosken Reserve, Movies, Pizza and Painting at the Brooklyn HUB, Nangak Tamboree Wildlife Sanctuary Picnic, and the NRL Grand Final at the AAA Brooklyn HUB. For the Royal Melbourne Show, please bring money for rides and showbags. If you have pre-purchased your tickets online, please bring your entry pass. For AquaPulse Wyndham, please also bring bathers and a towel. Entry to Melbourne Zoo is free for children aged 0–16. All activities run from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and are delivered at a 1:2 support ratio, unless 1:1 support is required.
