With nearly three years of hands-on experience as a Disability Support Worker, Glaiza brings compassion, consistency, and the ability to truly connect with individuals and their families. Originally from the Philippines, she recently completed her Bachelor of Community Services — a reflection of her strong commitment to learning and growth in the field. She is passionate about delivering tailored, person-centred support and creating an environment where people feel heard, valued, and encouraged to achieve their goals.
