The program runs from 3 PM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday, at our Hub in Brooklyn, VIC 3012. Our support workers will pick up your child from school in a company vehicle and drop them home.
If you’re a parent or carer needing support with your evening routine, our After School Care program provides safe transportation and care for school-aged children with disabilities. The program helps build social skills and offers academic support in a safe after-school environment. No out-of-pocket expenses! The program ratio is 1:3, unless 1:1 is required. 5 NDIS hours are charged. Open to all school-aged children on the NDIS with a Service Agreement with Assist Ability Australia.
We will your assist children with homework, offering tailored guidance to help them stay on track. With focused support, children can enhance their academic skills, boost their confidence, and feel empowered to complete their schoolwork successfully.
Children can enjoy a range of recreational activities like arts and crafts, movies, board games, outdoor play, music, and sensory play. These activities help foster creativity, encourage socialisation, and provide a fun, relaxing atmosphere after a busy school day.
Our team prepares nutritious meals and snacks suited to each child’s dietary needs. Support Workers guide children in meal preparation, promoting healthy eating habits and providing a calm space to enjoy meals, while engaging in social and life skill development.
