Executive Director & Co-Founder

Lola Nicolouleas is a visionary leader with over two decades of lived and professional experience in the disability sector. She began working as a support worker at the age of 17 and, for the past 23 years, has dedicated herself to supporting individuals with disability through hands-on care, advocacy, and community engagement.
