Community Services Case Manager

Megan is a compassionate and driven Community Services Case Manager who brings heart, purpose, and professionalism to everything she does at Assist Ability Australia. Originally from South Africa, Megan’s early career was shaped in the corporate world, where she developed strong skills in administration, coordination, and building trusted relationships. But it was her desire to make a more meaningful difference that led her to follow her passion for community services.

What truly sets Megan apart is her natural ability to connect with people. She listens deeply, acts with empathy, and always puts the individual at the centre of every decision. Whether supporting clients through complex challenges or guiding them toward new opportunities, Megan is all about building trust, creating pathways, and getting results that truly matter.

In her role, Megan facilitates strong connections with allied health professionals, service providers, and local networks, ensuring each person she works with has access to the right support at the right time. With her person-first approach and gentle advocacy, Megan helps individuals and families break through barriers and move toward greater independence, dignity, and empowerment.
