Saf is a compassionate and systems-minded team member who brings both heart and structure to his role at Assist Ability Australia. With a strong passion for inclusion and empowerment, Saf supports participants across a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and Down syndrome. He values genuine connection and takes pride in creating a sense of safety and confidence for the individuals he supports.

In addition to his participant-facing work, Saf plays a vital role behind the scenes—managing Brevity, handling incident reporting, service agreements, compliance, plan updates, and after-hours calls. His ability to juggle multiple systems with calm focus makes him an essential part of the team.

Currently completing a Master’s in Business Information Systems, Saf brings a thoughtful, process-driven approach to every task. His blend of emotional intelligence and analytical thinking helps strengthen both our service quality and team culture.

Outside of work, Saf enjoys football, poetry, and travel — passions that keep him grounded, inspired, and always learning.
